One Sister have I In our house

One Sister have I in our house,
And one, a hedge away.
There’s only one recorded,
But both belong to me.
One came the road that I came —
And wore my last year’s gown —
The other, as a bird her nest,
Builded our hearts among.
She did not sing as we did —
It was a different tune —
Herself to her a music
As Bumble bee of June.
Today is far from Childhood —
But up and down the hills
I held her hand the tighter —
Which shortened all the miles —
And still her hum
The years among,
Deceives the Butterfly;
Still in her Eye
The Violets lie
Mouldered this many May.
I spilt the dew —
But took the morn —
I chose this single star
From out the wide night’s numbers —
Sue – forevermore!

His Favorite Flower

Lining the forest unevenly, forget-me-nots grow.
Blue petals finger-paint hidden, overgrown paths.
Shy faces smile at the end of straggly, green stems,
Capturing the sorrow of the broken-hearted ones…
His favourite flower instills disquieting memories.
Their weed-like appearance misleads his aged eyes –
A wild, untamed resemblance of many lost decades.
He journeys through the forest with careful steps.
Marie’s memories lay scattered, like her ashes.
The breeze lifts her life into old, regretful lungs –
Exposed roots attempt to grasp his worn shoes
But blue posies cushion the earth with forgiveness.
Bending with stiff knees, he reaches down steadily,
Brushing a cluster of forget-me-nots with a sigh.
Flashbacks fill his vision and their life begins again:
Marie plucks his favourite flower and takes his hand.

I Want To Be Beautiful

I want to be beautiful,
so beautiful for you
as you tell me I am
yet, somehow I don’t understand.

Your sweet words melt my heart
though we are so very far apart.
You call me your angel;
your words are divine
like heaven reaching out to me.

I want to be your lady, your love,
the one God sent to you from above.
Even in all of my personality flaws,
you don’t give up on us because…

Somehow this love that grows
is a love that some may never know.

Sisters

Sisters – Heaviness and Tenderness- you look the same.
Wasps and bees both suck the heavy rose.
Man dies, and the hot sand cools again.
Carried off on a black stretcher, yesterday’s sun goes.

Oh, honeycombs’ heaviness, nets’ tenderness,
it’s easier to lift a stone than to say your name!
I have one purpose left, a golden purpose,
how, from time’s weight, to free myself again.

I drink the turbid air like a dark water.
The rose was earth; time, ploughed from underneath.
Woven, the heavy, tender roses, in a slow vortex,
the roses, heaviness and tenderness, in a double-wreath

Little Sister

As I listen to that guitar scream
Sounds ring out my destiny
A stronger power grabs ahold of me
Shocks me with a volt of electricity
My intestance explodes onto the floor
Red blood begins to shadow my mind
Extacy brings out a whore
Her shattered innocence has made her blind
Dont cry little sister
I can feel your need
Youre not to blame for your indecency
Dont cry little sister
Its not your fault
That the demons within have tore your soul apart
Ill always love ya little sister
Youve done no wrong
Although the demons reach out to kiss ya
Never feel you dont belong

There is no time like the old time, when you and I were young!" Oliver

The Little Things

It’s the little things in life
I pay most attention to
Sometimes the smallest insult
Can hurt the most
A little white lie
Can ruin everything
It’s the little things in life
I cherish most
One flower stands out
In a garden of hundreds
Two kids pointing at the night sky
Not sure what they’re thinking
But they too
Appreciate the little things
It’s the little things in life
You do for me that I love
A quick touch of your hand
As we walk past one another
A little but tight hug
Holding me up when I want to fall
One thing I adore most
The way you look at me
A little turn of the head
While I stare into your eyes
You look into my heart

A Forest’s Love

In a peaceful forest lies
A young girl with bright blue eyes
Her hair shine’s gold like the sun
Like a rainbow whose colors align as one
As the morning sun rises one more
Casting sunlight across the forest floor
Whenever the morning sun rises
The pretty young girl smiles at the surprises
A new-born fawn stands for the very first time
Taking from the start natures rhyme
The wolf-pack is resting for the day
They prefer the night to hunt their prey
From golden yellow to dark green
Red to blue and every color in between
A rainbow gives the animals hope
A with its smile they learn to cope
Winter Spring Summer Fall
The forest is one with them all
In winter the snow falls deep and cold
And dead leaves against the ground fold
As winter turns to spring
And the cold snow begins to melt
Songs from the bird again ring
And the warm sunshine is strongly felt
And at sunset when day is done
Each mom and her little one
Choose to sleep in the cool moonlight
While in the trees an owl takes flight

Into The Lap Of Nature

Admit the dense trees
Aside the clear water
Above the damp earth
Aside the flying birds
I wish I could fly away from this rush and hush of city life into the lap of nature
Along the seashores
Among the swimming fishes
Aboard the eternly heavens
I wish I could vanish away into the depths of serenity away from this city life and into the lap of nature

Don’t Feel Deep Sorrow

Don’t look a bit run-down,
Life has its ups and downs.
World is full of good and bad,
All are not foe, don’t go mad.
Let’s face the facts,
Things are not all cracked.
Let’s clean up our acts,
Don’t stick to the facts.
Hey my dear! Don’t be woeful,
With grief, life is meaningful.
In weeping we take refuge, tops,
Flowers freshened with dew drops.
Life is a tale of woe,
Don’t feel deep sorrow,
Life has its own shadow,
Don’t make it taboo.
Too many are alone like you,
The many suffer wounds of time as you,
Don’t feel deep sorrow,
Don’t kick up a row.
Heaven is for us tomorrow,
See God, don’t you know?
Leave the world up to God,
Pray for world side by side.

Flower To Blossom

i wait for that flower to blossom
i wait, under the scorching heat
or the thundering clouds
during the snowfall
it rained and i still waited
waited for that flower to blossom
for it is her promise..
i don’t care if i get shed away
i ll wait eagerly for that flower to blossom
for it’s petals are her smile
for its colour is her lips hue
for its anthers are her flying hair
for the turns of whorls, are pauses of her voice
and it would smell like her,
air making it chuckle like she did
when i talked about my heart..
i wait and wait
i still wait…
