Captivating Dream
I had a dream of love and tenderness.
You were there- our life was bliss.
I was uncertain,
You held out your hand.
I had doubts, you understand
I was swept so suddenly,
For more than just a face.
We turned aside the hourglass,
And took our own slow pace.
We walked through life together,
A smile from heart to heart.
We found something so beautiful,
That never had a start.
